Candidates undergo a series of tests during the process. At each stage of testing, those who fail to meet the minimum desired levels are eliminated. The tests conducted include:

  • English Language (similar to TOEFL)

  • Listening Comprehension

  • Voice (testing for tone, clarity and accent)

  • Logical Thinking and Numeric Ability

  • Profile Match - Psychometric tests to gauge the Attitude, Temperament and Personality of the candidate

  • Personal Interview
